What is difference between gold-plated and gold-filled?
Understanding the sensitivity of skin, we use gold-filled elements instead of gold-plated.
Gold-filled uses a base metal with a thicker layer of gold over it, making it a much higher quality
than gold-plated jewelry. Gold-filled items also use a gold alloy, which makes it very strong,
because the purer the gold the softer it can be making it more susceptible to damage. By not containing base metals such as nickel, you don't have to worry about about gold-filled jewelry tarnishing or irritating your skin.
How do I care for my Chez Noël Jewelry?
We take our time to handcraft our jewelry gently and delicately. Each piece represents the detailed attention that we would expect as customers ourselves. Jewelry should be worn and cared for daintily. When not wearing your piece, store carefully in a sealed plastic bag or jewelry box. From time to time, rub your metals with a jewelry polishing cloth to remove the natural patina that it develops on it’s own to restore it’s shine. We take great delight in designing our jewelry, so we hope you do the same in it’s care.
How long will it take for my order?
Due to the process of handcrafting each piece we do our best to ship within 10-14 days of an order. Jewelry is shipped by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. The shipping options that you prefer are available at checkout. Insurance is included. Chez Noël Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

What do I do if my Chez Noël Jewelry comes to me damaged or broken?
Most of our pieces can handle normal wear and tear, but some are just as precious as you. If for any reason your jewelry breaks due to craftsmanship, we will gladly repair the item for you within the first month of your purchase. Please take care of your jewelry, we take great pleasure in producing it.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you’re not, we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days of receipt.
